Trying something new helps us break the monotony of routine and change our biorhythm—jolting and stimulating us intellectually, emotionally, and physically.

My Journey

My goal for each workout was 300kcal, The main idea was not to lose weight but to keep me sane. I lost a total of 23kg over a period of 6 months.

That motivated me to help people with their fitness goals. I did some research to help me to become different from other fitness instructors.
Then I came across rebounding boots – the same principle as a rebounder but in a shoe form.

What is Bungee Fitness?

Bungee is a totally different way of exercising as compared to traditional workouts. It is a revolutionary, full-body training system for fitness and rehabilitation.
It remixes resistance training with a cardiovascular workout and uses your own body in order to push against the bungee cord.

What makes us different?
